Breaking News - Nurse taken hostage in California
A little over a week ago there was another incident of workplace violence in a healthcare setting. This time an armed gunman entered a hospital emergency room in California and took a nurse hostage. Breaking News - Recent Hospital Security Incidents
Since the last two breaking news briefs that we posted for you, there have been at least three other incidents that have made recent headlines. Last week two newsworthy instances occurred one of which happened in New York where a Security officer was assaulted and a city ambulance was stolen from outside the emergency room of a hospital. Breaking News... Emergency drill gone wrong-possible fine
It was recently reported that a hospital conducting an unannounced "terrorism training exercise". Apparently what happens in Nevada does not always stay in Nevada.
